im on a mission.
This is it! I’ve been putting off making a fitblr for so long, it was always “I’ll do it tomorrow, I’ll do it later..” but I just DID IT. so HA.
:) I’m on a mission to lose some weight, get toned and get healthy. I’m on a mission to feel great about myself and then do whatever I want without feeling so self-conscious.
So… hopefully through good eating habits and exercise, this will happen. Actually, no, not hopefully, it WILL happen.
I’ll be posting exercises, quotes, anything I find inspirational.. as well as my own progress (exercises & food log perhaps)
If you have any tips/recommendations/comments, please let me know! Anything is greatly appreciated.

hw = highest weight = 145 sw = starting weight = 145 cw = current weight = 145 gw = goal weight = 125 ugw = ultimate goal weight = 118 I’ve actually never been over 140 until this past month :x I’ve always been between 135 - 140 and I just stepped on the scale about an hour ago and saw 145 so I’m super motivated for some change. Need to fix my sleeping habits, my late night eating habits, my exercise habits.. everything. So basically what I’m saying is.. I’m ready, Let’s do this! :)
